What can be returned?
Full-priced items in unworn condition with all tags attached, returned within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale items, altered pieces and items without original packaging cannot be accepted.
When will I be refunded?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I exchange instead?
Yes — note your preferred size or colour in the message field and we will confirm availability before processing.
