The house aesthetic is a modern neoclassical luxury — a held balance between the classical and the contemporary, opulence and restraint, feminine power and elegant rebellion.
Its inspiration is rooted in classical oil painting, Baroque art, ancient Roman crests and classical architecture — in jewellery, florals and fine handicraft — translating the light, shadow and quiet sense of power found in portraiture into the modern city.

The design language draws on opulent Baroque and ancient Roman gemstones, royal crests, embroidery, florals and Baroque placement prints — ornament used with intent, never as decoration alone.
Fabrics are chosen for touch as much as for light: silk, velvet, lace, wool and cashmere, integrated with hand embroidery, crests and placement prints executed in the atelier tradition.
Silhouettes carry a sculpted feminine power — the balance of a naturally cinched waist and figure-flattering ease, emphasising bodily freedom and structural strength, power held in a graceful line.

KARISMAI was founded in Manhattan, New York. In its early years the house dressed socialites and performers for social occasions, private parties and masquerade balls — renowned for a luxurious, radiant, queen-like aesthetic.
As the house evolved, that single stage widened into a complete world. Today KARISMAI designs around the entirety of a woman's life — from the grandest evenings to the most ordinary, beautiful days.
